For all items that are being purchase from Shàmode will be delivered to you by UPS (UNITED PARCEL SERVICE). Before your package arrive you will receive a confirmation email with Tracking info.

 

Quality and workmanship is very important to us, we want our clients to receive their packages in a safe and proper manner, and this is why we choose UPS.

 

Once Shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from  2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local UPS service.

 

International shipping delivery time may vary between 2 to 12 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges: Once you purchase an item, all sales will be final, however if the garment you received was either to big or to small we will be more than happy to alter the garment to your fittings.

 

Please Choose Wisely When Placing Your Orders. Make Sure That All Sizes, Measurements You Enter Is The Correct Size That Your Looking For! So We Strongly Advise All Of Our Clients To Read All Descriptions Very Carefully Before Placing An Order.
