What shipping method do you use? We are currently using UPS 

How long will it take me to receive my order? Orders that are from the US, once your payment has been processed & approved, please allow 2-10 business days to receive your orders. All custom orders have different time frames; you will receive your custom order before the date you request to have them.

What if I'm outside the US? All orders that are outside of the US, delivery time may vary! (Please Note!) That Extra Charges May Also Apply. You will be responsible for all import & custom fees in your country, and we do not have any control over the amount they will charge in your country. Please check in your area for any extra charges that may apply when shopping online, Thank You. 

Will I receive a confirmation about my purchase? You certainly will receive a confirmation through email stating that we received your payment, and in addition to that, you will also receive a tracking number to track down your orders.

Would I receive my gown on time for my occasion? YES!, you certainly will, send us full information about your events such as date and time and we will send out your package right on time for your special day. 

 

Are all the garments custom designed? Yes, every piece of garment are custom designed (Hand-Made)

by the designer

 

What if I want a particular custom design made?  If you would like a specific custom design made, please feel free to send a photo of your description. Also, please make sure you know your body measurements, size.  If you happen to give us the wrong measurements and size, we will not be responsible for this issue. If you are not sure about your measurements, send us an email using the contact us page or give us a call, and we will be more than happy to assist you with body measurements.
